We offer the following shipping options:
- Pick up your products from the Vitality Renewal practice – 31 North Virginia Street, Suite 101, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Please wait 1 business day before collecting your order.
- Standard door-to-door delivery: $9. All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Free delivery on orders at and over $150.
